You know that feeling when something works out in a completely different way than you thought it would? And then, it’s somehow even better than you imagined? That’s this necklace for me...this one is pure joy. 🙌
This Montana agate is stunning, in a mysterious and thought-provoking way. It begged for something special, but I couldn’t quite figure out what. I was about halfway through a completely different design when I decided that no, it just wasn’t right. (Again. Seriously, why do I keep making more work for myself? 😂)
So I started over, saving only the thick silver bezel, and going after this style of open-backed prong setting that I’ve never tried before. And I decided on 14k gold prongs because, well, it’s GOLD. 💛
So now it feels just right, and I think the stone is finally happy. I hope you think so too.
