Refund policy

I guarantee the craftsmanship on all of my jewelry to be free of defect. If anything breaks (due to craftsmanship) I will repair or replace at no charge within the first year of ownership. You must notify me in advance of your return and receive an email confirmation. I must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. You pay shipping back to me and I will cover it back to you when it is fixed.

Any returns not due to defect will be handled on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me and we will discuss the matter.
